LA THUILE INFINITY TREKKING
La Thuile Infinity Trekking a network of more than 520 km of trekking and hiking trails between 1,440 and 3,486 metres, is now reality . Among these circuits there are various options for everybody: beginners who want to approach these disciplines in an extraordinary scenario, families with little explorers and even experts who constantly look for new challenges. There are over 50 tours available, all in the virgin and silent environment of a mountain that is deliberately little anthropized, a powerful mountain whose energy becomes the lymph to detoxify from the rhythms imposed by metropolitan life.

The partnership with komoot: technology and safety
Thanks to its rich outdoor offer, La Thuile is the first Valdôtain town that cooperates with komoot , a platform which owns the largest outdoor community in the world and which allows millions of people to explore nature at its best while being part of it and practicing outdoor activities.
From today all mountain lovers will be able to plan and live countless experiences on the 520 km of the ‘La Thuile Infinity Trekking’ network thanks to one of the best technologies in the world, through maps (2D and 3D), GPS tracks and navigation, with routes ready to use or plannable according to one’s adventure needs. A perfect union between wild nature and up-to-date technologies that enhance the wild experience of ‘La Thuile Infinity Trekking’ and propose some of the most electrifying and unique experiences of the Alpine world.
Accessibility and sustainability
From 22nd June 2024 and all summer long, Funivie Piccolo San Bernardo guarantees the opening of the ski facilities with a special tariff to get direct access to the mountains. From here you can continue on foot, for example along the path that leads to Lake Verney, the largest natural lake in the Aosta Valley located at 2,088 m above sea level, or proceed towards the archaeological area at the border between Italy and France.
In addition, two shuttles are available to make travelling without a car easier: they will run between Colle San Carlo, the centre, La Joux and the Little Saint Bernard Pass.
