La Thuile
La Thuile is a small village with an international reach at 1,441 meters above sea level. Historically home to international skiing competitions thanks to the vast international area called Espace San Bernardo which connects La Thuile (Italy) and La Rosière (France). La Thuile is once again the protagonist of the international scene at the start of the Women's Ski World Cup which takes place on track 3 Franco Berthod on Saturday 29 February and Sunday 1 March 2020.
The ski area
One of the largest in the Alps is the Espace San Bernardo international ski area of La Thuile (Italy) - La Rosière (France). 38 modern and fast lifts that allow you to make the most of your day and to ski between Italy and France. 152 Km of certified slopes with a single day ticket, the steep slopes and the sweetest descents alternate in a white carousel that satisfies everyone's tastes. The snowkiting area at Piccolo San Bernardo and the Snow Zones of La Rosière, as well as heliskio cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring and winter walks, are of great attraction for young and passionate people.
